As parents, we have the responsibilities of the growth of our kids. The infancy and childhood is a golden age for the growth of infants and kids. Parents should fill this golden age or golden time by giving them special attention and the best nutrition for their infants and kids.

Kids need the balance nutrition such as carbohydrate, protein and fat. All the nutrition comes from rice, meat, fish, vegetables, fruits and many more. Some kids have difficulty in eating vegetable or other food; in fact they really need the good nutrition. To complete the nutrition for kids, parents should give them some vitamin. Of course they have to introduce healthy food to the kids early.

Having healthy kids makes parents happy. Healthy kids will look happy and active. They become smart kids because healthy always eager to do something, to try something new. Kids have great interest in everything. Compare with the kids that doing nothing. They look sad and not have interest in anything.

The activities that the kids doing will bring new experience in their life, kids learn a lot from people around them, too. Therefore, it is important to give the good examples. In addition, we’re sure that you don’t want to miss any moments of your children’s growth although it’s sometimes annoying.
